What Was Found At The End Of The Road

| Chatting among themselves about the weekend traffic on the beach. |

| Looking back down the beach. |
 |
| Could not have replicated the reflections on the sand unless I had sprayed it down with water from a hose. |

| Travel companions. |

| The photographer. Define your hobby this weekend, what is it that you enjoy doing repeatedly. |

On Our Way To Otto Georgia

| Driving through the Smokey Mountains. |

| Thought I'd snap some pictures from the truck. |

| The sun was shinning and the sky was blue. |

| The fall colors were popping. |

| In one end and out the other. |
 |
| Steve, slow down, I want to take a picture! |

| 6654 feet into the sky we drove. |

| Steve stopped briefly and I took a picture! |

| We either had to stop or drive as there were quit a few leaf peepers on the road. |

| Amen. Gatlinburg...where every franchise and his brother set up shop. Be careful what you wish for National Lake Shore! But we persevered and saw heaven. 6,600 ft of fall's glory cloaked in ombres of many oranges. The spectrum of yellows against a sapphire blue sky. I would do it again it was that spectacular. |

Searching searching searching the net.
Looking for that lightning bolt to strike.
I am getting ready to go on a buying trip and I have been thinking about what I want to look for.
If I can focus, on color and objects, I should have a good body of work collected for resale in the shop. Sort of taking the creme off the top from Michigan to Florida and back.
I am looking for architectural salvage pieces, rugs, textiles, artwork and English tableware.
I will keep you posted on my finds.

My Little Rose In The Snow

| The big sunflower says to the little Peace Rose, "I will protect you my little rose". |

| The sunflower hangs his head over the rose. |

| "Thank you, my big friend, for looking out for me". |

| "I am safe, nestled in your leaves." |

| First snow of the season. |
 |
| I was able to push it to the side with my windshield wipers. |
 |
| When it's 39 degrees it's time to head south! Funny thing is; the leaves are still on the trees and they are green! Keep er' warm this Sunday. |
