| Believe it or not this statue is @ Ripley's Believe It Or Not here in St Augustine Florida. Originally from the New York World's Fair. When I take my walk around the block I look up from Abbott St and there he is, looking down at me, over a hedge of boxwood! 17ft, one piece of Carrere Marble, sculpted in Italy. |
He always amazes me! After a year of living here I wondered how I could have never noticed such a gigantic David staring at me over the bushes but then realized he had been stashed on the side of the building while they did some maintenance. Nice pictures
