Daffodils, Tulips, Lilacs And Poppies In a Blue Willow Teapot

Last November, Steve and I traveled to Findlay Ohio and visited Jeffery's Antiques.
I bought this Willow Ware teapot with a missing lid for five dollars, specifically, to arrange Daffodils in this spring.
The teapot's only marking is J Meakin. A better quality of cremeware than what is usually used for the Blue Willow transfer pottery. I have a feeling it is older than I thought, probably mid 1800s.

May has arrived.

  1. If you can find ten more, that would make an awesome wedding arrangement.
