Ruth's Pillows

I love when a customer takes the time to bring her latest creation in to show me! Ruth had bought this

chenille sweatshirt at the East Lansing Art Fair a while ago. She was on her way to take it to the Women's Resource shop when it hit her! I think i'll make a pair of pillows out of it. And like all good women who sew, she got out her scraps of fabric and put together a darling pair of pillows.

Squawk Design Works

These bird houses came in today via two adorable little gals.

They are full of talent. We now have Lucy's Nuggets' Fortune Cookies for dog treats. A fortune in every cookie. The girls baked dozens of dog biscuits. Available here at Anchor Cottage.

I made 10 pillows for a project I am working on.

Two for the cozy den.

A pair for the blue, yellow and white bedroom.

Six pillows for the living room sofas.

Yellow Daffodils With Orange Centers

One of my customers brought these Daffodils into the shop.

Blue Yellow & White

Working on a project right now using blue and white in a golden yellow room w/white trim. Making pillows and putting together accessories. Keeping the red chairs in the picture! Found a beautiful photo, in Feb. House Beautiful, of a blue, yellow and white bedroom which knocked my socks off. Hope I can do as well.

Yellow Tulips

Just for the record, I planted pink tulips!

Pink would have been just as pretty.

But I have to say the yellow tulips are eye catching.

Anchor Cottage sure is sweet.
