Fresh Lake Michigan Whitefish

| Carlson's fishery, in Leland, has fresh Lake Michigan Whitefish. I wrapped the fish in foil with fresh, snip snip, parsley and dill from my garden. |

| Set the table pretty and lit the candles. |
 |
| Gently poached the fish with olive oil and white wine. The fish was so delicious. Served fresh broccoli and cauliflower on the side. |
