This rug has my name written all over it!

I have this chenille braid in a darker color in front of my fireplace. Pretty colors, nice and soft.

I have always been fan of the traditional flame stitch pattern.

Just a classy look for the porch.

Good brights with just a hint of mud to make them not so girly.

Stair runner deluxe.

These rugs remind me of sandy Lake Michigan beach cottages.

Great stripe collection.

I love the graphics, the neutrals and the natural fibers.

August, The Harvest Month

I love the color of harvest; orange, yellow and golds.

Cherries, Apricots and Peaches at the corner farmer.

Sunflowers reaching for the sky all over the county.

Customers strolling in, enjoying the last lazy days of summer.

I'm headed home to make Peach Cobbler for my love.

Deep plums and burnt oranges with gold accents are the colors of the season. 

Cooler nights for snugly sleeping.

One more boat ride, one more swim.

Before you know it, fall has sailed right in.

Desert plates for the cobbler!

Whoa! What a huge July. I am beat. Need some beach time, quick!

The Great Hang

Blue on blue on blue bedding! Looks so Lake Michigan fresh. Love all the new mirrors we hung yesterday. That was a job.

Connie Timmer's "Garden" paintings hang great together. The paintings would be good on a three season porch for a big jolt of color.

This was my favorite "hang" yesterday. I stapled nautical charts to the wall and hung vintage, Lake Michigan ferry service prints over top.

Now, to go order great big sunflowers for the "harvest" month.
